Information we collect
When you submit an application or contact form we collect what you provide: business name and identifiers, owner contact details, the equipment you want to finance, and the amount requested. If you proceed toward a transaction we may also collect financial statements, bank records, tax returns, and consumer and business credit reports. We automatically collect standard technical data including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring source.

- To satisfy legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping requirements
Who we share it with
We share information with funding sources, banks, and lease partners evaluating or participating in your transaction; with credit bureaus and verification vendors; with service providers operating our systems under confidentiality obligations; and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Credit reports
By submitting an application you authorise us to obtain business and personal credit reports in connection with your request, and updated reports in connection with servicing, renewal, or collection. If we decline, you will receive an adverse action notice explaining the principal reasons, as required by the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Communications
If you opt in, we may contact you by phone, email, and SMS about your application. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of SMS. Transactional messages about an active application may continue regardless of marketing preferences.

Data retention and security
